AGREEMENT

Urban Sushi is hereby authorized to obtain information it considers necessary to process this Credit Application. The undersigned hereby authorizes its Bank to respond to our credit inquiries. The undersigned agrees to pay interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month and cancellation of credit without notice. In the event that it becomes necessary for Urban Sushi to incur collection costs or institute legal suit to collect any amount due under this agreement, the undersigned agrees to pay such additional costs, charges and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees. All sales will be governed by the laws of British Columbia and the courts of British Columbia will be the forum in the event of a dispute.
